Sir i have 23 years and iam verry skinny only 53kg weight and 174cm weight so i join to gym and do workout daily and according to their advice start consuming protein powder is it help me to gain weight. If yes how i consume it . And id there is any problem taking on protein powder please help me

My current weight is 80 kgs and i wnt it to be 50 kgs what i should doo soo that my weight gets loosed .

My 2-year-old baby is really not eating at all for the last 5-6 days. She always remains in anger and cries a lot. She is underweight by 3-4 Kg. I have tried somethings but not worked out. So my T4 result is 1.02 ng/ml ... T4 result is 7.63 ug/dl ...TSH result is 1.55 UIu/ml ... So I hve a doubt dat do i hve thyroid problem or nt...
