I do exercise daily and jogging also .. My diet consist very less fat i avoid junkies instead i feel my leg are getting fat from where i don't knw compare to my upper body it's very fatty and bulk kind of. I don't have any medical issues also I want knw its body fat or muscle problem and some Time it's genetics also i have heard so what should i do to know dis then according i can start my gym or yoga so please help relevant ans

Lower body weight

My upper body is very slim normal and waist is 28... Al good but my lower body from thigh to calf is very fat like some one XXL person don't knw y I'm healthy person.
