Im very lean and as soon as i gain 1kg or something like that, i get fever and i reduce my weight again. this always happens with me. why does it happen? and i eat a lot too but there is no result as such.i get depressed because of this

Hello Doctor Greetings of the day! I had tried a lot so far but not able to increase my weight due to which I am look like a weak person as well as low strength and stamina. I had tried Revital medicine ..Bnana n milk at morning and many other suggestions so far but results are nil or not significant. I need your advice to increase my weight, strength and stamina.
