Cardio Workout to Weight
Doctor, I joined Fitness Centre in Dec-16 ,in the beginning i was regular with 5-6 days weekly  later it became 3-4 days. in between i took Off in Feb and Mar. Now again I am started  going fitness centre weekly 3-4 days. Doing Cardio Workout daily , i am not interested in strength workout.. Is it okay .. I have to cut down my  weights by 10 Kgs.. I am a non vegetarian, Weekly 4-5 meals. Please advise me..  Thanks in advance ..

Yes with cardio you will lose weight but strength training will help build muscle.
