I have been underweight and inspite of several attempts at healthy food intake, i am unable to gain weight. Recently visited a dietitian who says that my body cells are inactive and thus are not responding to the intake of nutritients. What should i prefer? Medications, cell activator (suggested by dietitian) or should i head to a gym?

Unintentional Weight Loss
I am a very very skinny girl. My bones show in every part of my body. I am underweight, I am 4'11" and weigh only 80 lbs. I eat a lot for every meal. I eat for like 3 times a day or sometimes more when I get to eat snacks. I don't exercise or go to gym but I'm a working student.
