Can we drink lemon water in empty stomac
Hi Doctor,
I am healthy, do not have any issues.
Can I drink 1 lemon with 1 tbspoon honey with 500 ml warm water early morning in empty stomach, will it help overall and help reducing some weight, or does it have any adverse effects.
