Weight gain and stress due to this

Gained weight from 55 to 60 to 65 to 67.5 now. I am 5"3' 67.5 kg 26 yr old Female. Weight is getting increased. Was doing gym previously. But no exercise now a days. Continuous weight gain

Sir i have been gaining too much weight since last year.
