Want to lose weight - knee injury
Post my knee sport injury, my physical activity is 0. gained 20kgs in 1 year -please suggest a good diet for me with minimum exercise. I am a vegetarian - been trying to eat brown rice, tofu etc

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

For the diet part, start with a good plan which you can follow. Take small meals every two hours a day. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. You can try quinoa recipes for your dinner .
