Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice, potatoes. Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar. Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water everyday. 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
