You can do any exercise that does not trouble your knees. However, I would need to know exactly what kind of a knee problem do you have to advise your precisely. Greetings for the day! Exercise and Diet both goes in hand and hand only Diet without exercise or only exercise without diet dose'nt work in weight loss. There has to be a combination of 30 %exercise and 70 %Diet to reach your weight loss goals. If you have a healthy issues which dose not permit exercise normal walking as per tolerance and exercise recommended by trained physical fitness therapist has to be followed along with a well balance diet which will boost muscles strength
