Hi, Your ideal body weight range should be 63-66 kg, as per basis of your height. Your height will not be  increased as your age is 22years, but your health definitely will be better if you have nutritious balanced diet, which contains good quality protein, fruits and vegetables. To develop muscles and make it strong you need to do weight bearing exercise. Every individual has their definite structure, which is different from each other. For face there are some exercises that may develop face muscles strong and prominent. For that you may consult with any physical trainer.
Health Tips
Remember balanced diet and exercise both together only can help you.
