Hi Give your 4 years old daughter milk, curds, eggs, dal, lentils and green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits at least 3 servings every day. Allow her to play in the playground for at least one hour, so that she gets vit D. Make her do stretching exercises and taad aasan. Don't give wafers, packaged foods.

The entire Diet Planning for a 4 year old toddler requires full details like her Height, weight, What all she usually takes. She might be at the right Height n weight as per her age which can be identified by a Dietitian . Therefore , feel free to reach out to me on Practo as " Nutri Care clinic" Also , at present try to give her High Protein in Diet Eg Dals & Pulses, Milk n milk products, eggs n white meat if non vegetarian.
