I'm a 18 year old boy. I'm very slim in shape. It's not hereditary as my parents both have good size. I do eat well. But my body growth or size is not increasing. I have good height and is too bad to look slim. My bones are also weak as i get much pain if accidentally hit somewhere. What do I need to eat? What is the way i must eat?
