Obesity in 65 year old Arthritic lady

Its about my mother who is 65 years old needs to do weight loss. She does some yog/pranayam but no effect. She has Arthritis so can not walk(slowly) more than 30 mins. Diet is pure veg and very normal and simple. Kindly suggest what can be done for weight loss in safe manner. Height : 5ft 1 inch, Weight 71 Kg, Age : 65 years, BP : 145/90 approx(taking medicine), Diabetes : Yes (in control by medicine), Arthritis : Yes (taking calcium), some intestinal ulcer problem history.

Obesity, easy tiredness, stress on mind

Hi I am facing the problem of obesity, weighing 76kgs. I want to be slim. My diet is not good as mostly I skip my breakfast because of the busy routine and in the afternoon I feel like really hungry and sometimes I have no other option than eating subway. I started muesli bars, Nutri gain in breakfast. I drink coffee a lot just to wake me up. Normally, I slept without my dinner too sometimes. As I just eat in he afternoon and for the whole day, nothing. please help me to be slim.
