Hi Doctor, Does Eating less help you loose weight and is it the right way to loose weight since i do not get time to go to the gym due to the busy schedule in office.

No , but taking small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. helps in weight loss . You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
