Want to loose weight ...my height is 5.1 my weight is 60 kg ...I want to reduce 15 kg plz help suggest me diet chart for the same

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Do you have any medical issues? & may I know why you want to lose 15kgs dear? You are just few kgs overweight which can be reduced.. If you target 15 kgs you will become underweight as per your respected age. Coming to diet plans well suggesting any random plan is not recommended.
