Unable to loose weight
Dear sir/, ma'am,
I am trying my best to reduce my weight from long time but I have been able to reduce 18-20 kgs in a span of 4-5 years. Since 1 year my weight is stuck on 96-98 kgs and besides my best efforts I'm not able to break this pleateau.
My doctor has suggested for Insulin fasting and pp test, which I have got done. I'm unable to understand the root cause of my stagnant weight, please suggest me. I'm enclosing my reports for your reference. Regards Jyoti
