Hello, I have been trying to stick to a healthy diet, and I can do it perfectly during the day. Once it is night time, I cannot control myself and I eat a lot of unhealthy food like a binge. I eat enough healthy food throughout the day, take vitamins, and drink enough water so I do not understand why I can't stop binging at night. I feel like I might binge so I can fall asleep faster, as I do have trouble falling asleep. Please help me find a way to stop doing this.
