My father has minor coronary artery disease (30-40% blockage). What food should he avoid and what to eat in regular basis and how to get sufficient healthy fats in diet?

Please recommend him to have food that is rich in fibre, like nuts, fruits and vegetables ( not underground) Whole pulses like chhilka wala moong and masoor Millets like raagi, jowar Curd. Avoid refined flour, bakery products, processed food,and carbonated beverage, sweets, whole milk, cream, cheese.

Avoid refine oil and refine carbohydrates like maida bakery and ready to eat items. Have whole grains and Pulses. Reduce water intake to 1-1.5 lit per day Restrict on salt. Consult me on practo online consultation for a personalized diet plan
