This is lifestyle disorder,now days lifestyle has become very hectic and there no particular time for eating food..bcoz of sedentary lifestyle,consumption of alcohol,smoking, bcoz of eating lots of junck food packed food that you get in very chip rate. Sometime it is hereditary also
