I am gaining weight very quickly even if I am eating very less and do normal exercise five days in a week, kindly advise me how to control it. I am 30 years old, my height is 6 feet and weight is 115 kg.

You need to eat adequate as per your requirement not more nor less.Kindly visit a good Nutritionist and understand what needs to be done.
