I have thyroid from last 4 years, i am 26 yrs old. Gained weight around 12 kgs in past 6-7 month and just got to know that i have pcod, which is at just initials stages, right overy is fine but left overy is of 6.8 dimension with some follicles. Even i have gastric problems also. Please suggest a good diet plan and natural remedies to overcome
