Hi doctor, i am not able to reduce ratehr gained after i stopped breast feeding and then all check up thyroid etc wwre normal so doct gave me obix medicine for 6 months. I am doing excercise so now can o take cla capsules along with this. Also I.face numbness in my hands Please advice
