How do I reduce fats in stomach area and thigh area? Any particular exercise? Because I have gain a lot of fats. my weight has increased straight from 54 to 63.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Do lower body toning exercises. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Spot reduction is a myth. Where is accumulates first is the last to lose. You will need abdominal exercises as a part of a structured strength and conditioning program with a focused nutrition plan.
