I have been observing pimples and swelling in my scalp. I can also feel bumps and lines on my scalp as well. I have been gaining weight since few months that too not having that heavy diet.

For last 5 months i have been eating less then 1000kcal daily but i was not feeling hungry any time in that period i cut things out and started eating foods with less calories and lost 8kg and now i heard that this could kill me, is this realy serious because i feel just fine while eating something like 800kcal daily
