After recent surgery, when I don’t eat or if it get delayed to eat, I get rightside upper abdominal pulling & severe unbareable back pain.. I’m advised not to eat fatty & fried foods.. Can I try paleo diet?? Is it safe?? Because paleo is full of fatty foods.. if yes, what kind of food I should take.. I'm a eggetarian.. please suggest veg diet plan.. Thank u in advance ...
