I am a rickshaw. Driver and want to do bariatrics surgery .my budget is low.then help me advice better surgery in minimum cost.

I have chronic diarrea since 4 years but now i m diagnosed and overcame from this problem but i am very thin and want to gain weight any suggestion for me?

Felicity(female budgie) has bumps on her leg about a week.i don't know how to measure her weight.but she loose her weight in 10-15 days.her feathers are not so fluffy and like other buggies i have.her sludge is more than others with more white discharge.

I'm 31yrs old and have been underweight for whole my life. I tried everything but could not put on weight. When I was born doctor told that I have infection in my small intestine and it will automatically be cured as I grow old. I always had stomach issues since childhood, earlier it was loose motions and now it is indigestion from many years. I cannot eat a lot and have to go for stool within 2-3 hrs of having food. I don't feel hungry in the morning but a lot in the evening but can't eat much.

During routine check up I found that my liver size is 14.9 cm and ultrasound reports said I have mild hepatomagaly and all other things are normal. I am Indian male 5 foot 6 inch tall weight 64 kg . normal BP and sugar. I am non alcoholic. I don't drink tea or sugarly product. I have a normal appetite with regular bowel movements and no medication. Weather my condition is critical ? Please suggest me healthy diet.
