I'm on weight loss progress by my own. Lost upto 15 kgs so far..need to reduce 8-9 kg more in 2 mnths. I have reducing weight bt rarely loosing inches. Fat loss is kind of tough. Please suggest me a diet. I'm currently on low carb diet. Need an efficient way to fuel up my fat loss.

Hi, I want to try a keto diet. For fat loss. Haven't started yet. Now I'm scared after getting to know about cholesterol levels. I'm planning to take 75 grams of amul butter which has about 65 grams of fat + 5 whole eggs + 20 grams olive oil + 200 - 300 grams of chicken breast. All of this on a daily basis. Is this bad for heart? How bad is cholesterol in this diet ? Can i take 5 whole boiled eggs in one day? Please advise soon.

Hi! I am 163cm and my weight is 72,7kg. I am 15 years old and wonder how I could get slim and go down to around 50kg in a year. I don’t feel comfortable in my body, I don’t compare with enyone else but every time I see my self in the mirror I feel like a failure because I have tried to find different solutions to loosen weight and get slim but I don’t see any different on my belly, not my legs and not my arms. I wanna get slim and tone my muscles down butt I still wanna have beautiful curves.
