I have a very low BMI. I’m 5 ft 7 in and at around 101 pounds. I’m 13 yrs old. My fiends, my friends’ parents, and my family all have noticed this. I need to start gaining weight. Having such a low BMI has started to effect my confidence. I’m also getting suspicious people are trying to feed me more, too. I’ve also heard them talking about me being scrawny. What are ways to safely and quickly gain weight?

My periods dates are shifting from past few months like from 30-32 days. Flow is not like how its used to happen. My weight is another issue i wonder if it is related to my irregular periods. My weight has increased like without gving me any warning. 53 to 58 direct boom. In a month. I am jogging for past 1 year... i even do free hand exercises. Thou i got in shape a little bit but i havent loose any single weight m 59 now btw.
