Hi Sir, My TSH is 10.5, please let me know if can reduce TSH levels. Let me know if i can intake butter milk. due to this my cholesterol is 205. Request to advise.

Thyroid levels & cholesterol can be controlled with right diet. Avoid eating processed and packed food totally. Go low on food contains sugar, salt, oil and milk products. Avoid non-veg/eggs if you take. Have higher quantity of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, at least 1 serving daily.
