The cholesterol level is on higher side than normal range. LDL cholesterol is also on higher side. HDL i. e. good cholesterol should be little more than present value. You can work on your diet to control these values. Avoid fried food and bakery products. Use garlic and ginger in meal preparation.

Health Tips
Make sure you remain active for at least 30 min daily. Breathing exercises would also help.

HDL is the good cholesterol in the body, and it is at borderline. You need to start consuming healthy fats like nuts and seeds, egg whites and milk and other dairy products. LDL is the bad cholesterol in the body, and it is very high. The normal range is below 100. You should avoid fried foods, processed foods. It is advisable to have home cooked meals which are cooked in less oil. Total Cholesterol levels should be lower than 200. It can be maintained if HDL and LDL are maintained. Likewise, both the ratios are also high and can be maintained if HDL and LDL levels are maintained. Cholesterol levels can be maintained with dietary modifications and lifestyle changes. Start some physical activity and lower your intake of fried foods.

HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein): Often called "good" cholesterol, HDL helps remove excess cholesterol from the bloodstream and carries it to the liver for disposal. LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein): Referred to as "bad" cholesterol, LDL can build up in the arteries, potentially leading to plaque formation and narrowing of blood vessels. Triglycerides: These are a type of fat found in your blood. High levels can be associated with an increased risk of heart disease, especially when combined with high LDL levels.
