Yes eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Sesameseeds,flaxseeds,horsegram ,ginger garlic,cinnamon,coriander,jeera,pepper,methi are to be use in everyday food recipe. Physical activities for atleast an hour a day as yoga,exercises,walking,playing sports are recommended for faster maintainence of cholestrol to normal

Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter. Use flax seed and garlic in your regular diet Include more heart-healthy foods and foods rich in soluble fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
