Plz suggest what do i do that increase my weight and apetite.i have also acidity problem. Heart burn.

Smaller and frequent meals Avoid spices and citric fruits. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises Non veg paneer egg milk and milk products soyabean dal chana and butter ghee dry fruits. Drink water 16glasses daily
