After my second c section my tummy got so big like 8 months... How do I get flatten tummy?

I'm suffering from very high acidity problem and want to lose weight too. Moreover I cannot include physical activities in my routine as I've to sit and study for the whole day ! I don't know what should I intake in my breakfast, lunch and dinner so that i'll not have to face the obesity as well as acidity. I wake up early morning at 4 am and go to bed at 11 pm. Kindly suggest me !
