Hi there! Think practically, think to lose weight for longterm as capsules cant be lifetime friend. Let food be the medicine & not some weight loss medicine rule you. It affects our body organ for long run. You can easily lose fat with simple modifications in your day to say life. It is not compulsory to do physical activity to lose weight.
