Hi, I am 6'2'' and weigh 112 kgs. My diet is very bad as I have fastfood for atleast 1/3 meal everyday, 7 days a week and my exercise is an absolute 0. The problem: By the end of the day, I feel fatigued before sleeping even after not doing much physical activity during the day. My legs and back pain everyday. I am a working professional in the field of finance (stock market) because of which i have a demanding mental exertion everyday. Further, I do not feel like going to work in the morning since I feel very fatigued when I get up in the morning (Trust me when I say this, the job is something I look forward to go to and I love my work) Please help me with my fatigue issues.

M feeding my 17 month old baby similac formula milk since he was born i tried introducing him cow milk but it didn't suit him at the age of 12 months n he suffered from severe diarrhoea n similac is not helping in his weight gain should i switch to nan pro or lactogen before i start introducing cow milk ?
