My sister is under weight so want to gain some weight cause her age n her height she should be 60 kg but she is only 49 since 4 years she is not putting on weight please .kindly tell us what diet should we follow to put on weight

Respected doctors. I have lost 10 kg Weight during last 8 months. Age 37 years. My current weight is 48 kg. endoscopy was done. Report is- erythematous gastritis of stomach. I am not taking tea/milk/paneer/meat/sweets etc. as all these cause acidity to me. I have no fever/no cough. But I feel extreme fatigue/weakness/muscle pain.I want to know the following:. 1. Can I take calcium/vitamin D tablet with above gastritis problem. 2. Can I use desi ghee (home made) on chapati in little quantity.

Taking omega -3 fish oil sufficient to reduce bad cholesterol & increase good cholesterol. please advice

Respected Sir /Ma'am      I have  suffered from chronic diarrhoea and altered bowel habit for past 2 months. Now completely treated of diarrhoea. Now, my weight has significantly decreased. But.. Weight loss was occurring for quite a long time as noticed to me by my friend( since March). Sometimes it's like anorexia and sometimes i feel hungry. Despite maintaining a fair diet i feel my weight is not increasing rather it's decreasing. Now it's very depressing ☹️ I cannot really make out whether it's milk or gram which leads to bowel disturbance( loose stool) I feel so lethargic.
