Boiled Rice free from starch you can take. Twice in a week.. For weight loose you have to be increase amout of vegetable decrease your carbohydrates like: rice, refined wheat flour and its product, potato,sweet potato ... Add more of fruits like Apple, pear, guava,papapya,plum,blackberry... Drink plenty of water

Hello You can have weekly 2 ,3 times brown rice  for lunch but control portion size. You cannot have as a meal.
