I'm having issue with the heart as it pains alott when I think something and something like I fear about somethings that I also don't know it beats faster than usual it makes me angry and sad at same time not able to do my work overthinking onlyy feels like anxiety my hand started to shiver

In 2021 i was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder my nearby psychiatrist gave me zoline 50 and flebixen plus, in one month i was feeling better and in six months i was completely treated and medicines stopped. But last year october 2025 anxiety returns with breathing issue, restlessness and panic symptoms. I go to same psychiatrist but this time meds showing sideeffect instantly and in night also i feel pinching needle type pain on left side, then i switch to new psychiatrist he give pexep cr 12.5, lonazep .25 at night and betacap in morning , anxiety symptoms goes but palpitations appear after increasing pexep cr dose to 25 since 4 months all this palpitations going on current dose is 37.5mg , I dont know whats happening when i take meds anxiety gets solved but palpitations appears my six have wasted ,

Hello Doctors I started my anxiety medicine with Prodep 20 mg from july and also lenozep 0.125 mg (1/2 of 0.25 mg) at night ... then till november i was some stable and reduce it to 10 mg .. & lenozep i stopped but had few withdrawal symptoms & started again with alternative days .. & over 2 weeks will tamper as inputs from my doctor ... now for last few days I lm feeling lazy ; low energy & sleepy specially when I get up in Morgning ... Need to understand the reason .

I am on following medications Nexito forte 1 tablet on lunch Ciplar 40 bd Olimelt 5 mg(7 pm) Ocivox 50mg bd Divaa od 250 mg bed time Can i take ocivox 100 bd As i am having different running thoughts am not taking as o heard about serotonin syndrome please guide me or i can take nexito forte to nexito forte 20 mg please assist me please please please

Drug addiction...and want to quit the drugs... ...but failed to quitting... Medical advice please ...

Patient is a 26-year-old female. She is currently taking the following medicines: Etoz-PR, ESIX-10, Skamet-Plus, and Rabofit-LS. After starting these medicines, she is feeling loose motion and excessive sleepiness. No known allergies and no major previous illness. Please advise if these symptoms are side effects of medicines and what should be done.

I'm taking Betacap 20mg, Nexito10mg, and Etilaam 0.5 mg. Can i consume alcohol while being on these meds? I started my course just today.

I have misophonia. Sounds like throat noises, eating, or drinking make me very irritated. I get so angry that I feel like I might hurt the other person or myself. My mother has throat sounds, and her voice makes me very anxious. I can’t stay with her even though I want to, and I haven’t talked to her properly for a long time. Is there any 100% cure for this?
