I have inner restlessness, constant worry about past and future, sticking to anxious thought and ruminating about it, brain fog, somatic complaints, sleep disturbances since 5 years, was on escitalopram 20 mg and clonazepam 0.25 mg for 3 months for social anxiety in the year 2020, then after tapering escitalopram 20 mg -10-5-2.5 and clonazepam 0.25-0.125 with gap of 2 weeks in each step in the year 2020, above symptoms appeared suddenly.i started medicines again in may 2025 Now i am on escitalopram 25 mg, and before that i have tried augmenting escitalopram 20 mg with clomipramine 50 mg, quetiapine 25 mg, risperidone 0.5 mg, aripiprazole 2 mg, all these caused side effects so discontinued after trying for 1 week, now on escitalopram 25 mg, apart from intrusive anxious thoughts and somatic complaints nothing else has improved, everything else has worsened.  I mean what is this is this something like protracted withdrawal from benzo or escitalopram or something like chronic akathisia.

Most of the time I feel anxious, I feel like my chest is heavy and I often feel unwell and nauseated. Occasionally trembling sensation in hands and fatigue . Often wakes up at night due to heavy and uneasy feeling in chest and restlessness, frequent headaches. My hands shake a lot when I have to use them in front of many people for eg, when I have to give or serve something or sometimes public speaking or holding mic in hands. My hands and legs also feel very weak at that time. Bcoz of this my breathing becomes irregular and I experience chest tightness, a lump in my throat, gulping saliva a lot, it's like feedback loop and after that event is over nerves in my hands aches, movements feel jittery and I kept overthink. This problem is since last 7-8 years, I thought I'll heal as the times goes but nothing happened. When I'm relaxed,alone no symt occurs.I have taken blood test it's normal, no thyroid issues.My pulse rate is usually high, even when I'm relaxed.I usually do 12 sun salutations and a few yoga poses regularly. Since last week, l've also started practicing 10 rounds of alternate nostril breathing Omkar bee breathing, 5 min of meditation.My only concern is to get rid of hands shivering.
