I am suffering with religious ocd since 2 years, seeking treatment urgently. A lot of dirty negative thoughts disturbing me.

Its for psychatry ...37 years,sleep-no problem,medicine lamitor 100mg,blonitas 4mg. Completed b.tech in 2012 with cs branch.till then no job sitting at home whole time idle.not able to do any any productive work continously. Tried many things.guitar,sketching,youtube channel. Guitar is in my hand ,right hand on sound hole,left hand on guitar neck...still not able to strum,not able to move my hand. In sketching...pen in my hand on paper...not able to move my hand..even to make a random line.on youtube channel to make script...can't even think properly to write some lines for script. I can't even count numbers 1 to 20 mentally on specific time like at 1 pm for consecutively 3 days. Consultated many doctors for years..some gave medicine for bipolar,some depression.counsellor says...do small tasks,begin with very small tasks...But Sorry I can't do it. Can some one tell me what actually is this illness,is anyone have seen this kind of illness before ...

I’ve had overthinking issues since childhood, but for the past 3 years it has become very severe and mainly focused on my relationship. I tend to interpret things in the worst possible way and keep doubting meanings (e.g., whether something said is really about me). I overanalyze past chats and events and feel a constant urge to mentally check things, but never feel satisfied. It gets so intense that I lose control over my thoughts, can’t focus on anything, and feel nauseous most of the time. Whenever a new doubt appears, my mind gets overwhelmed and I can’t think clearly. I also feel that if I wasn’t in a relationship, my mind would fixate on something else. What should I do about this?

Hello Doctor, Please read my situation carefully. I took rabies booster shot from government medical. The syringe was already loaded before patient came. They kept vaccine loaded syringes in a open plastic container. One ice packet is also in that container. I saw 1 used syringe without needle also in that container. So my vaccine loaded syringe and one used syringe with ice packet all are in a same container. The container is got moisture water due to ice packet. How much risk of HIV is here ?? If that used syringe is contaminated with hiv blood and mixed with the moisture and touch my syringe needle, how much risk ? My concern is all were in a same container so i am very much stress now for this incident. Don't know what i will do now. Please help. If i will take hiv pep now along with rabies vaccine does it also reduce the effect of rabies vaccine antibodies. Please help.. the incidence was 4 days before.

Doctor my problem lod mood sleep distrub and no happy any time just said . Depressed any work doing not happy . My tsh 11 . And I used thairoid medicine but sadness or restless leg problem not gone .kindly please tell me medicine for this problem thanks ...

I am on antidepressants from 5 years and in starting..I was not diagnosed properly which led me to severe problem now.. currently..using so many antidepressants like clomipramine, fluoxetine, bupropion, propranolol and AGA medicine like finasteride, minoxidil and Follihair (AM/PM) tablet from 2 months.. prescribed topical finasteride and minoxidil too but not using because scalp acne..few days ago..I on go with LFT test in which my SGPT is 112..I am worried whether it is by long term use of many medicine or something else... previous it was 79 but now..it is 112..

Is it possible to cure Functional bowel disease or IBS with your medicine. I have been suffering from digestive problem since 5 years, now I am 33 years male. I have also a problem of anal fissure occurring tendency and once Lateral sphinctertomy surgery was done and doctor told if again fissure occurs in future and surgery needs then stool incontinence will start. I have also came to know that without SSRI all medicine causes Hard stool as a side effect especially for Irritable bowel syndrome patient. Now, how can I start treatment so that anal fissure don't occur taking anti psychotic medicine??

Hello doctor, I’ve been dealing with a constant self-awareness problem for a long time. I keep noticing my thoughts, body sensations, and especially my eye contact, which makes me uncomfortable in social situations. This started around 4 years ago when I was in 11th class and went through a phase of depression. At that time, I had issues like sleeplessness, overthinking, and constantly analysing my thoughts. I also had very high phone usage earlier (which I have now reduced), but I feel my attention is still stuck inward. My main problem right now is difficulty with natural eye contact and excessive self-awareness. I would like guidance on how to manage this and feel normal again.
