Sir, in  ocd I get obscene image thoughts about my mother in my mind, and I was taking Fluni 60 mg for it. Now it is not available, so I am taking Fludac 60 mg. Is this the right medicine?

Developing habit of repeatative checking out things, doors ,switches ,numbers before final submission or execution out of fear that it might be missed or if it gets wrong. Due to this ,time gets waste and cycle of rechecking /sureity never ends. Solution please.

Im am totally unable do two things at the same time..to listen and read or speak.. if im reading someone speaks it goes blank .. i have to ask them to repeat... if im listening to a speech or video.. same Problem im not focussing too hard also..

I am currently tapering Lenozep (clonazepam) 0.25 mg. At present, I am taking 0.125 mg once every third day (with a 2-day gap). Prodep 10 mg is continuing as prescribed and has not been changed. Over the past few days, I have been experiencing low energy, sleepiness, mild muscle aches, low mood, and occasional intrusive negative thoughts that make me anxious, although I do not have any intention to harm myself. The thoughts themselves are distressing and create fear and overthinking. I have an important work event from 6th–12th May and wanted guidance on whether these symptoms can occur during the final stage of clonazepam tapering and how to manage them safely. Should I continue the same taper schedule for now, or any adjustment required? Kindly advise.

I do not know how to describe my situation but I have been anxious a lot lately, getting offended on small things, past incidents are coming to my mind and then I am getting angry about those things. I often notice myself day dreaming imagining a perfect world. I am facing lower confidence levels and procrastinating my priorities a lot, I am worried a lot, overthinking all the time, appears to me that my mind is never at rest. I scroll phone a lot and cannot find motivation to complete my tasks. I feel exhausted. My childhood was not very nice and those incidents still scares me and I am going on defensive mode. I need advice to cope up with my situation.

I need to get a support (prescription) to buy Beta-Blockers ( Propranolol). Before hectic project deadline or taking up serious challenges, I am loosing mental control and having migraine, sleeplessness, giddiness, etc.. I had a mild stroke in 2010, at the age of 38 mainly due to these psychic attack due to heavy professional deadline pressure. Mainly lack of sleep and i will be fatique within a week.

I posted once asking about Guanfacine availability in India, and many doctors commented that it is available in India. So I went to my psychiatrist at Sion Government Hospital, Mumbai, but my psychiatrist said Guanfacine ER is not available in India. Now I am confused: Is Guanfacine ER actually available in India or not? Is it unavailable only in government hospitals? Can government hospital psychiatrists prescribe it? Do I need to visit a private psychiatrist/private clinic to get it prescribed? Would appreciate guidance from psychiatrists or anyone who has personally used/prescribed Guanfacine ER in India.
