Title: No morning erection for 3 years + ADHD meds not working — related? Post: I have not had morning erections for the last 3 years Around 3 years back, I had a UTI After that period, I was diagnosed with ADHD Since then, I have tried methylphenidate (different brands and dosages) I never felt significant improvement from the medication My concern: Is lack of morning erection linked to hormonal or neurological issues? Could this be the reason why ADHD medication is not working properly? Looking for guidance on: What tests should I consider (hormones, etc.) Whether both issues could be connected What type of specialist I should consult Thank you.

I am a mbbs doc having low mood, lost all interest in activities and life itself after getting diagnosed with cervical and lumbar disc bulge. I am feeling worthless and have anhedonia too. I can't eat anything as I have no appetite and only eat two times a day. I hate my job because i can't indulge myself in it. Everyday feels so exhausting and I feel like I have lost my purpose. Is there any hope left and is it possible to regain my interest as I have only a few months left for the next neet pg?

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding my current anxiety treatment. I had my first anxiety episode in June 2021 and recovered fully after about 13 months of medication. I remained stable for nearly 3 years. In June 2025, I experienced a relapse during a period of high work stress and restarted treatment. Currently, I am on Prodep (Fluoxetine) 10 mg for the past 2 months (dose reduced gradually), and Lenozep (Clonazepam) 0.125 mg. I have recently started tapering Lenozep by taking it on alternate days. Over the last few weeks, I have been experiencing low energy, especially in the morning, along with mild uneasiness at times. No major panic symptoms. Could this be due to the reduced Prodep dose or Lenozep tapering? Is alternate-day tapering appropriate, or should it be reduced daily? Please advise on the best way forward. I would like to know if escitalopram regular use has any side effects like weight gain or worsened mood problems, and if taking it even just once would mean I have to start taking it regularly. I took one 3 days ago and that day I felt good, but next day onwards I felt lower than usual (haven't taken it since that one time). I have a borderline mood disorder (therapist diagnosed) and a suspected General Anxiety Disorder (therapist suspected). I wanted to keep clonazepam on me in case of panic attacks but a psychiatrist suggested trying escitalopram to see if it makes me feel better. Since I only tried it once, I am not certain of its effects but I'd like to know these things before I start taking it on a daily basis. Kindly let me know. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, I have been prescribed Inderal 20 mg (propranolol) for anxiety-related fast heart rate in social situations. I mainly experience increased heart rate without other symptoms. I have an event (wedding) coming up, and I wanted to ask: - Can I take one dose before the event and, if needed, take another dose later the same day after the effect wears off? - What should be the safe time gap between two doses? - What is the maximum safe dose I can take in a day for this purpose? Hey ..my doctor told me I have ocd ...i started the treatment 1 year ago ...doctor prescribed me flunil 40 (morning)and clonil 25 (night) I take it everyday till now ...but currently am not consulting any doctor ...I just take the medicine of my old doc prescription which I describe above...sometimes I feel normal and sometimes symptoms appear like fear of death of someone or fear of contamination...tell me what should i do now
