Having anxiety feel like I am in guilt

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 35 weeks pregnant and had nitrobact 100 for 7 days unnecessarily for just urine sample contamination and now I am feeling guilty about having it unnecessarily without doing any urine culture or re test. Now I am so worried that it can harm my baby or can have bacteria antibiotics resistant
