How much time it would take for my knee to heal with physiotherapy and exercise.  Attached mri file for reference.

Having acute leg and back pain when I walk especially climb stairs. Wasn't the case before. Past few months I am having very less food, close to no nutrition as well cause of relocating. Is that the cause ??

I have pain in the back of my neck till mid of the shoulder, when should I be concerned and what to do now?

Hello, I was diagnosed with AVN in 2021, and i went for bilateral hip replacement in 2022 and then after 2023 for the other leg. The doctor had advised me not to squat, not to bend past 90 degrees, not to sit cross legged and  from sitting on low surfaces for life. But I feel pain after walking 2-3 kms, and had 3 times minor dislocations where the joint itself Came back to its place automatically. I wanted to know if I can apply for 40% benchmark disability for my case? Or how much percentage can i get given my condition? Thank you

Pain lower bank difficulty in stretching bending and lying down. No heavy object lifting. Sunday had beers and woke up with pain , dry mouth, dry lips. Got kub usg done. 2.5 mm stone in right kidmey interpolar region. Howeger rafiologist said its not the reason of pain. Pain is muskoskeleton. Took nucosia mr- no relief. Kindky suggest.

These are two X-rays aug and sep, and both look the same. My previous doctor said that the fracture is healing and recommended using an arm sling with gentle movement. However, another doctor said that I should have surgery.

I am 16 and had a both-bone forearm fracture on 31 August, which was reduced and treated with a long-arm plaster cast. My recent follow-up X-ray was about 1 week ago and I was told the alignment was fine. Today, at around 4 weeks after the fracture, I moved my whole casted arm from approximately 90° to around 110° relative to the ground. During the movement I felt mild-to-moderate pain in a very small area of the upper forearm/below the wrist, but the pain suddenly disappeared while I was still moving the arm. After that, the previous muscle pain/discomfort around my shoulder also suddenly disappeared, and my hand felt noticeably better. At the same time, the plaster suddenly started feeling less snug throughout the arm, although it is not obviously sliding or rotating. I also notice a familiar nerve-irritation/goosebump or moving sensation when I move my fingers, but there is no persistent numbness or tingling.
