Ankylosing spondylitis needs support of rheumatologist , Orthopedic surgeon and physiotherapist. You can consult an Orthopedic surgeon too . Do consult rheumatologist for 1. Confirmation of diagnosis 2. Long term medication advise Do consult Orthopedic surgeon for 1. Any individual joint pains 2. Knee pain / hip pain 3. Acute pain exacerbation
