Due to gaining weight very fast in every 6 months, I am seeking guidance if Ozempic or Munjaro can be help. Since my routine gets me too occupied and touching 96kg I feel very low on energy. This is adversely effecting health and sexual aspects. Despite medication, sugar levels are in range of 200-280.

Hello Doctor, I wanted your guidance regarding weight loss and appetite control. I started gym in September 2025 at around 92 kg. Currently (April 2026), I am around 95 kg with approximately 36% body fat. I have been consistent with weight training and some cardio, and I also maintain protein intake through my diet and supplements. However, my main issue is that I am unable to control my hunger and I frequently experience strong cravings for sweets. Because of this, I find it difficult to maintain a calorie deficit consistently. I wanted to ask: Could this be related to any hormonal or metabolic issue? Would medications like GLP-1 agonists (such as semaglutide) be appropriate in my case for appetite control? If not, what would be the best medical or nutritional approach to manage hunger and cravings? My goal is to reduce body fat while preserving muscle, as I am regularly training. Thank you.

When I sleep suddenly I feel like my breathing is shortening then woke up, and my heart pounds like I could get a cardiac arrest. Please guide me.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? I am feeling weak and having dizziness since a week now, got few blood tests done but everything was in normal. I have chest pain since 5 days on exertion like when I am brisk walking I get breathlessness along with chest pain on left side of when I climb up stairs. Hi my father went for angioplasty on March 25th last month and now he is doing well and recovering fine. Today we had the blood tests done and his esonophile count is too high. Please can you suggest anything.attaching the report .
