I (32M, height 5'8"/173cm, weight 74kg) experience chronic gastric and acidity issues alongside persistent flatulence (gas passes easily via farting multiple times daily). Key details: No abdominal pain or visible bloating. Stomach gurgling sounds mostly. Active lifestyle: Walk regularly throughout the day. No stress; work-life balanced. Strongly familial/genetic: Nearly all extended family members have similar gastric/gas problems. Duration: More noticeable over the last 1-2 years (ongoing longer). Diet: Normal Indian home-cooked food; avoid much spicy; lactose intolerant so hardly consume milk. Tried Pantoprazole, Only slight reduction in acidity; no major improvement. Consulted many doctors; all tests normal. No other symptoms like diarrhea/constipation or weight changes. How to reduce this acidity and gastric issue

Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Anxiety reduced after diagnosis but intrusive thoughts began (vivid dreams/images of harming self/others, "what if" scenarios). No intent, but distressing. Physical symptoms: chest pain, right-side neck/ear pain, one-sided head pain, fatigue, numbness, detached feeling. Labs: Vitamin D very low (14.99 ng/mL), calcium 9.9, B12 injections ongoing. Medications: Nexito 5 mg (vivid dreams), Paroxetine ER 12.5 mg + Peelar 20 mg (worsened stomach), Magnesium glycinate (helped briefly, reduced intrusive thoughts last 2 days). Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago. Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits. need guidance on which dr to visit further need more help

Hi Doctor, i have tight foreskin and it is sticked behind glans as seen in image. It is not moving ahead or backward from there both in erect and flaccid case. I talked to a doctor he told to go for circumcision . Please help me and suggest some Ayurvedic remedy as i don't want to loose my foreskin in circumcision

I am patient of ocd anxiety from last 12 years I will take psychiatric medicine for 5 years from 2019 to 2024 many many side effect come my liver become fatty again and again for 4 times then i also take fatty liver medicine for 4 years My sgpt is 530 and sgot is 400 then i quit the psychiatric medicine in 2024 now my liver is normal from 2 years because i quit psychiatric medicine but now OCD and anxiety symptoms come back again with worse symptoms please tell me in Ayurveda is any remedy of ocd and anxiety and also my liver stay normal

Facing dry skin problem with body aches, slight bloating in lower abdomen.Pitta imbalance with apana vayu imbalance.So taking pungent med/food or cooling light  medicine( avipattikar) causes loose motion.So pls advise anything cooling with grounding for balancing apana vayu.

Does this report mean I don't have anal fistula. I had two abscesses a year back both times resolved with antibiotics no surgical drainage was required. I don't have any issues since then but live in constant overthinking that what if I have a fistula.

Dear Doctors, can echogenicity intramural fibroid measuring 13*11.8 cm seen in fundo posterior wall can be treated without surgery using ayurveda medicines I have a sister, she is 33 years old and no kids, the couple didn't tried for pregnancy and she prefer to take ayurveda treatment only and she believed it strongly that this large sized fibroid can be treated via ayurveda.
