What are the benefits of shirodhara therapy please explain in detail is it good for anxiety how many sessions to be taking

Respected Doctors, My sister has been suffering from cerebral palsy since she was seven years old. Thankfully, she can now speak, but she is unable to walk independently and experiences fear and difficulty when attempting to walk. She also suffers from sudden convulsions (seizures) that can occur at any time, sometimes accompanied by drooling from her mouth. We have consulted several doctors and explored different treatment options, but unfortunately, her condition has not improved as much as we had hoped. We also consulted an Ayurvedic doctor, who prescribed Manopushpi, Ginkgo Biloba + CMD drops, Cartfit, and Hibril capsules. However, due to our financial difficulties, we were unable to continue the treatment. With folded hands, I sincerely request your kind guidance. 🙏 Is there any safe and effective medicine or treatment that could help control her convulsions and excessive drooling and improve her quality of life. please suggest medicine.

I have nose block issues sticky, sometimes stringlike, mostly white n sometimes transparent in color. Had it for 2-3 years, improves with pranayama. It doesn't get cleaned no matter how much we take out. I assume it started when I did oil pulling with coconut oil. When sneezing, i sneeze at least 3 times. Sneezing issue started long before stuffed nose issues. I sneeze dusty objects like blanket are around. I feel I have dust allergy. I also sneeze at other times not sure why (not very persistent sneezing, happens like sometimes) No pain or headache in the sinuses. I usually have a cold body type n prefer to keep my torso n mid section covered n fan at lower speeds. Is it sinus? Can ayurveda cure it? I live in outskirts of city(less pollution) How long does it take to cure n what medicine to take? Is nasal oiling or jal neti or both prescribed for this? Is yes, which oil?

I am taking ayurvedic medicine for stomach issues. However I am having back pain as well. Applied oil also but temporary relief. Can I take allopathy medicine. Is it safe to take painkiller of paracetamol for pain. Please suggest.

Drs say it's IBS as I have loose unfirmed stools sometimes normal sometimes bloating dizziness before periods it's worst I even have anxiety panic attacks in sleep suddenly I wake up some foods trigger or stress triggers cant understand is it IBS or some other like parasites or Sibo ? I have already avoided maida wheat barley gluten and milk which tests should I check for sibo and parasites I have indigestion and nutrient malabsorption I have dizziness leg cramps fatigue? Im suffering from lots of vaginal discharge and metallic like smell after completion of periods since 3 days now. And the discharge is clear or whitish at times with watery consistency.Its recurring at times just after periods and it happens alot daily now.It had stopped 6 months ago but again it happens.How do i get rid of it? Im so worried.
