Bone & Muscle problems

Hello dr I have migrain and sinus since one n half year . And teken treatment n feeling better. I have done all the blood and urine test and head scan and heart scan, ecg, tmt test everything is normal. But I am seeing the swelling in my ankel were we put leg chain is tar becoz of over weight my height is 5 and weight is 82 is tat becoz of tat are is there any medical condition cause this swelling only surrounding the ankel not even feet and I get heel pain wen I sit for long and walk. Plz let me no should I go for any tests to be done

I am getting left upper back,neck, shoulder,arm finger bones ,near underarm when I raise my hand, every day it's not so strong pain that i cannot bare but i get dull pain,after some times pain goes. My history I was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency i am taking uprise d3 once in a week for 8 week and also taking calcium tablet biod3 and also earlier I was getting neck pain I was not able turn that time I did cervical x-ray also Dr said no problem just common issue in working women with computers need to do neck exercise now neck pain is not there but left neck pains Due to the left side pain I did ECG and 2D echo also both are normal. What could be the reason for getting pain? Can any one please help me any cause for this?? And if any remidies.

Sir, A young lady 30yrs has been having pain from waist to ankle joint for three months today. Doctors are being seen but the pain is not reducing.x ray plate below. pl advised. thanks.

Today I got punched in my face(zygomatic bone) in a fight. Do you think that it will permenantly misshapen my cheek bone, or can a punch do that?

Hello doctor So I had scaphoid fracture few months back and it healed as shown in x ray but it was still paining when I put pressure (weight while I try to excercise)on my wrist I met my doctor again and he asked for MRI. So here I am attaching my report please give your valuable advice on this.. thank you

I met a bike accident which caused muscle injury and ecchymosis of the right forearm, 3 weeks back. But now still I feel slight pain on my forearm and my arm is also not getting complete straight, it is slightly bend. There was no bone fracture.

Hello doctor My father aged about 53 years is diagnosed with supraspinatous tendinosis..he is cardiac pt, controlled diabetic and hypothyroidism For supraspinatous tendinosis he is unable to move his hand also..in view of cardiac issue pls suggest treatment which doesn't have side effect

As soon as I stood up from bed there was a sound from my calf muscle and the pain was just unbearable. For next few minutes I was not able to stand. I tried icepacks, pain relief spray and crepe bandage but nothing works. There is still immense pain. My calf muscle is swelled up and there is also blood patches Please see attached photos.

Hello doctor, my mother is having the problem of swelling in ankle even after it's more than 2 months of cast removal( due to fracture of last two fingers of foot). If she stands or walk just for 10 min, her foot gets swollen at the area where fracture occurred and has heat sensations. Kindly suggest Note: The bones were in 90% formation stage in X-ray two months ago
