Shoulder pain due to gym
Sir I have shoulder pain due to Bench press chest exercise in gym from 3,4 days only shoulder pain,no problem in arm raise, arm up down side etc Only pain It's serious or only strain ?

Avoid lifting weights for a week , it can be shoulder sprain but other causes can be ruled out after clinical examination.
