Bone & Muscle problems

Hi sir I am getting bone pain so with out any negligence I have taken X-ray of bone and could see some bone growth and then I am feeling very scared of cancer. Could you please confirm is it benign of malignant how to find out and one of the orthopedician confirms no need to scare it is not cancer but for second opinion I have mentioned here X-ray's are attached and what further tests to be needed to feel free

Since 2 months I get extreme backpain a week before my periods.on the Back of the lungs and it descends a little downwards everyday till i get periods and on the first day of periods i get unbearable pain in my abdomen and backpain continues until i vomit on he first. I work 9-5 job...sitting most of the time in AC.

Sir i had right arm medial condyl fracture  after ORIF suregery  and screw and k wore inserted on 3rd may 2022 till noe .. i can still  now feel diffrence in my arm then normal left arm so i suspect that right arm is not properly joined at accurate place how can i clear my this doubt . i even cant straight that arm properly what should i do now

I get burning sensation in feet at night. What can be the reason ? How to cure it ? Any home remedies for it ?

I have 3 issues, 1. I get pain on left side of lower neck near to trapezius. it's on and off from last 10 years .. i just rest and it gets better .. sometime i don get pain at all for few months and sometime i get frequently . it's intermittent. 2. After my delivery from c section which was 1.5 years back i feel tired in neck and shoulder area .. i keep lifting baby to take care .. my b12 and vitamin D is fine as i have taken supplements . 3. my hands also feel weak from last 6 months .. can't hold baby for long or lift anything for long time .. i am a software engineer and most of my work is in front of system why is this happening .. ultrasound physio therapy didn't help .. consulted ayurvedic treatment that's also did t help much

I was having knee pain from 5th july. I ignored it then because I had chondromalecia. But the pain worsened. Recently I had an MRI scan, where the report said peripheral longitudinal tear seen in the posterior horn of lateral meniscus. I am in rest and taking ice packs. I also have joining of my job on 4th August. Will it get cured by then? What should I do more to heal it faster?

Pls find attached my MRI for whole spine along with screening.What does this report mean??I am having severe pain in right shoulder and same side of the neck.Should I see a physiotherapist ??

Sir i had injury on right arm medial condyl on 2nd may night and undergone ORIF on 3rd may 2022 so screw and k wire is inserted as shown in attached xray file .now my query is i feel diffrence between normal limb and fractuted limb due to less of exercise can i recover again it like normal limb .i tried to straight but its not like normal limb or its just mind set . i too feel numbness due tl presence of screw . kindly suggest tests and i wanna know these implants are external and easy to remove or crutial injury and have to stay with them forevrr

Hi my husband got done ACL surgery 7days back , he has been doing physio right after his surgery but he is having extreme pain even one week later the surgery .. he has stopped his medicines but has to take pain killer in night as the pain is extreme.. swelling is also there can anyone tell why the pain is there and how long will it be there ?

Sir i fall from 40 ft and my right arm medial condyl got dislocation more than 15 mm .i have undergone through ORIF surgery so screw and k wire was inserted so i have query about removal of screw and k wire i want to know it can be removed or can i regain my old strength . Please guide me about removal of these implants is possible or believed to remain in my arm lifetime
